The house is built around a large glass covered outdoor courtyard based on ¨DOMUS ROMANA¨

Downstairs the common rooms namely the study, dining room and living room which boasts a high rise ceiling, are placed peripherally around the courtyard. The private rooms are located on the ground floor which has a guest bedroom with toilet, kitchen and a lanai porch as a continuation of the kitchen. This allows for a terrace above it on the first floor.

The first floor is accessed via a straight flight of stairs and, in the near future, a possible lift. For now, it will not be installed but the gaps are left in the framework, the coffer on the roof level and the pit on the floor below ground level will be left as is, in order to install it at a later time, if necessary. For now the space on the floor below ground level will be engrossed by a garden which will grow to reach the various floors of the house. The first floor has two bedrooms with two similar bathrooms. The master bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom. An outside staircase gives access to the roof level.

A garage with a 4 car capacity and quarters to be used as pleased, can be found on the floor below ground level. The house is free standing; it is not attached to any neighbouring boundaries thus leaving a perimeter of space. Access to this space is by use of a bridge over a pond with running water; there is also an access below ground for vehicles that opens onto an outer surface at a lower level to which you have access through a pedestrian staircase from the entrance; on the eastern part of the plot, a luscious garden which will be carried out in the future a covered area next to the garden and living room which is coated with sun protecting slats, next to it, an outdoor pool, all of which is surrounded by ivy. The outdoor pool is heated by solar energy and its dimensions are 4 x 10 m.

The facade finishes are lined with limestone combined with grey metal sheets and glass.
