It is a project based on a central distribution around a central patio that houses a sheet of water on its entire surface. It has been designed as a set of concentric rings of translucent glass that start from the outside garden and raise this garden to the roofs of each ring. This exterior movement generates spaces of great amplitude and luminosity in the interior, as well as great spatial richness and dynamism, since on each level the floors slide adapting to the building envelope. The building is accessed through a crack in the rings that cut each one at a different level and where the triple-height landscaped lobby is located with views over the central sheet of water and where it can be perceived the complete integration of the vegetation with the technological architecture of the building.
