The whole house is accompanied by a large glass area facing south to allow for picture perfect views and plentiful sunlight. In this way a complete fusion occurs between the interior and exterior, incorporating the views of the outdoor pool which is built in the garden next to the house.

A wooden staircase is located in the lobby with a large skylight above it, which illuminates the entire staircase vertically down the walls. The staircase wraps an indoor planter. This planter confers a degree of humidity allowing greater comfort inside.

It boasts a double-height ceiling living room with wood slabs around its perimeter. Beside this, a large L-shaped kitchen which allows direct access to the outside, either to the summer or winter porch, depending on the time of year.

The entire ground floor has been designed with the purpose of establishing cross ventilation, resulting in significant energy savings.

The house has been designed as a “flexible house” because an external staircase has been installed leading down to a forecourt that provides access to a versatile space in the basement. This is designed as a hybrid space able to accommodate the different uses that it will be serving over the years to come. This allows great independence in the use of this space, as it has a separate entrance from the outside and is equipped with all the necessary services for independent use, besides being light and airy due to the English design courtyard it also has good arrangement with the rest of the house.

The whole house is remote controlled in different aspects, air conditioning systems, burglar alarm, the overall sound of the entire house inside and out, the doorbell, lighting, all fully controllable via the internet.

The whole house has been designed to be ¨energy¨ profitable, with good insulation around the perimeter and using Geothermal as a renewable energy source, which serves the soil air, water heating, fan coils and pool heating if considered necessary. It also has solar controlled glass blinds for better control the sunlight inside the house.
